ELECTRONIC RECEPTION
The Electronic reception is activated in the Ministry of Transport of the Republic of Tajikistan according to the law of the Republic of Tajikistan №1339 from 23rd of July 2016 “About the applications of individuals and legal entities”.
The electronic reception gives you the opportunities to contact us urgently for the discussion or solution of any problems. Now you can send letters through the ministry’s e-mail qabulgoh@mintrans.tj, ask questions from the minister or his deputies and either apply your candidate directly to their reception.
The entered applications will be registered in the office work department, and suggest to the Minister in order to identify the doer.
The reply to the applier will be suggested during 30 days: According to the article 18 the Law of the Republic of Tajikistan “About the applications of individuals and legal entities” there is activated the period for the electronic application, which is active for the written application for all the state entities. Right now we are trying to make it more specified, especially, in cases such applications which require the urgent replies.
The reply will be delivered in two forms: in electronic form (if the name and surname and the e-mail address is shown) or in written form (if the name and surname and the exact home address of the applicant is shown).

If the electronic application requires any question which its solution is not due to the Ministry of Transport of the Republic of Tajikistan, the applicant will be explained where (to which relevant state entities) should apply his or her application.
The electronic application
It is written in the article 1 of the Law of the Republic of Tajikistan “About the application of individuals and legal entities”
“The electronic application - an application which is entered to the state departments’ official e-mail address or it is entered to the official website of the relevant organization in the internet.
The system can guarantee the delivering of your application to the Ministry and gives opportunities to follow all the processing situations until getting your reply.
The written application
Letters which enter to the Office Work Department will be registered by the department’s staff and it will be suggested to the head of the ministry and will be sent to the doer. The residents applications in the Head Department of the Ministry is based on the Law of the Republic of the Tajikistan №730 from the 19th of March 2007. The residents’ applications which enter to the Work Office Department of the Ministry of Transport of the Republic of Tajikistan through e-mail or by person will be registered by the staff of the Work Office Department of the Ministry of Transport of the Republic of Tajikistan and will be suggested to the head of the Ministry and will be sent to the doer. The reply to the applicant will be sent to the address which is shown on the envelope.

Which applications are not reviewed?
According to the Article 8 of the Law of the Republic of Tajikistan “About the appeals of individuals and legal entities”, an appeal to the ministry will not be reviewed if:
- there is no surname, name and patronymic of the applier and his/her social status;
- there is no domestic or e-mail address of the applier;
- there is no full name of legal entity and its location address;
- an appeal is presented by the representatives of individuals and legal entities, but they do not have documents confirming their authority;
- it contains curse, insult, threats to the life, health and property of the official and his/her family;
- the information provided in it may not correspond to reality;
- it has a question that has been already replied.

Incoming emails are recorded in the department office and presented a guide to determine the performer. Treatment of citizens in the Central Office of the Ministry of Transport of the Republic of Tajikistan is carried out according to the Law of the Republic of Tajikistan from 19.03.2007 №730. The answer is sent to the applicant at the address indicated on the envelope.
