The Founder of Peace and National Unity - Leader of the Nation, President of the Republic of Tajikistan Emomali Rahmon and Chairman of the Majlisi Milli Majlisi Oli of the Republic of Tajikistan, Chairman of Dushanbe city Rustam Emomali opened the three floor trestle on July 10 in Sino district of Dushanbe.

The trestle was built in the framework of the project "Improvement of the Dushanbe-Tursunzoda regional road, the section of the road from the intersection of Sino Avenue with Ismoili Somoni Avenue to the western gate of Dushanbe".
Within the framework of the project, the road was reconstructed taking into account the construction of the three-lane intersection, the construction of the road with the bridge on two levels on both sides of Nusratullo Makhsum Avenue and Sino Avenue.
It was noted that the length of the road from the intersection of Sino Avenue to the western gate of the capital is 4.9 kilometers. The width of the road has been increased up to 68 meters and 8 lanes of the main road have been constructed up to the western gate of Dushanbe. At the same time, the construction of the overpass 4 additional lines for the public transport was constructed, which will further provide the unimpeded movement of all kinds of transport in this direction and eliminate the traffic jams.

During the construction of this transit facility, more than 200 people were provided with jobs and good salaries, about 80 percent of whom were highly qualified local specialists.
This project was implemented with the contribution of the Government of the Republic of Tajikistan, the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development and the Asian Bank for Infrastructure Investment.

The customer of the project is the Ministry of Transport, the Center for the implementation of road reconstruction projects and its contractor is the Xinjiang Communications Construction Group of the People's Republic of China. The quality control of the work on this project was provided by the Spanish consulting company “Eptisa”. According to the project, the intersection of Sinai Avenue, where the statue of Abu Ali ibn Sino was previously erected, has been completely renovated.
